Congratulations to our team on reaching the Cumann na mBunscoil
final; the final takes place on Thursday the 26th at 2:30p.m. in O'Moore
Park.
School closed Monday 23rd October for teacher- inservice.
Parents-Association A.G.M on Monday 22nd of November at 8p.m.
Parent teacher meeting take place on Thursday 9th of November.

Our SchoolScoil an Chroí Ró- Naofa, The Swan opened on 7th May 1956 with 27 boys and 16 girls registered in the school. Children from The Swan previously attended Wolfhill N.S. |
Our School CrestOur school crest was created by Bruce Wilkie ( 6th Class, 2008). He used the image of the Sacred Heart and an image of a swan to incorporate both the original and local names of the school

Aims of our school:1. To help create a friendly, safe and stimulating environment, and to encourage and enhance pupils' self-confidence. 2. To develop all our children intellectually, spiritually and socially. 3. By our good example and behaviour, to help each child develop qualities of good character, a sense of responsibility towards others and a code of social & moral behaviour. 4.
